Three dock areas
New breakwater and marina with a special design
Under this project;
The design of the first dock area contains a floating office pier and floating piers where fishing boats, pleasure boats, sea taxis and traditional royal caiques can dock. Repair projects for the existing dock were developed for two locations of approximately 30 m and 20 m length. This area will be able to hold 201 boats.
The design of the second dock area contains floating piers where fishing boats and yachts can berth, and a gravity type concrete pier with -3 m water section on 260 m of the existing shoreline. A capacity of 291 boats is foreseen.
The third dock area is designed with floating piers where only yachts can berth.
A capacity of 137 boats is foreseen for this area.
In all 3 areas, the floating office and pier basins are sheltered by floating breakwaters.
