Ordu-Giresun Airport located in the Black Sea region between the provinces of Ordu and Giresun is the first airport in Turkiye and Europe built on a seafill area. It has a capacity of 3 million passengers per year.
The work scope includes a breakwater of approximately 4.5 km length, 225.000.000 m²/20.000.000 m3 of seafill, a 3,000 m x 45 m runway, taxi-route, and apron.
