H. CEMAL KARAOĞLU

Vice Chairperson 

He was born in 1965. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Middle-East Technical University in 1987.  After taking part in the Coastal and Harbour Engineering Research Program at the Imperial College London he returned to Turkey and completed his Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at METU.  Following his position of Project Engineer between 1989-1993 he served as Member of the Board of Directors at Başarı Investments between 1993-2003 and at Yüksel Proje's Board of Directors between 1996-2008.  He continues his position at Yüksel Proje as Vice Chairperson of the Board.
