CİHAN KAYHAN

Vice President
Engineering (R&D, E&M Systems, Digital Design, Software, Quality and Management Systems)

He was born in 1981. He graduated from Middle-East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2003 and completed his master’s degree in the same department in 2008. In 2006, he founded Taru Engineering with KOSGEB’s Technological Entrepreneurship Support at METU Technopolis, participating in numerous R&D initiatives. Since 2011, Kayhan has served as a Design Engineer, Team Leader, and Project Manager on various national and international projects at Yüksel Proje, and in 2019, he was promoted to Design Director and Vice President in 2024. Having been involved in multiple R&D projects since his early education, Kayhan pioneered the establishment of Yüksel Proje R&D Center.

In addition to R&D management, Kayhan has expertise in electromechanical systems, digital design, industrial facilities, power plants, and project management.
