KÜRŞAD ELMALI

Engineering (Rail Sytems, Water&Environment, Marine Structures, Architecture)

He was born in 1969. He graduated from Middle-East Technical University Civil Engineering Faculty in 1992.  Until 1999 he worked as project engineer  in engineering companies and lastly in Yüksel Proje.  In 2015 he took on the duties of Survey Project Coordinator.  Kürşad Elmalı, who took on the position of Vice President in 2021, specializes in the design and project management of coastal structures and infrastructures, particularly in urban rail systems.
