ONUR BAŞKANER

(International Operations)

He was born in 1975. He graduated from Gazi University Department of Civil Engineering in 1997 and completed his postgraduate study in this department in 2001.  Between 1998-2002 he worked as Research Assistant in the department.  He started work at Yüksel Proje in 2002, and from 2004 onwards worked abroad in off-shore offices as Project Engineer, Project Manager and Country Manager respectively.

In 2016 he returned to Yüksel Proje's Central Office as International Project Coordinator.  Since 2020 he is in the position of Vice President responsible for International Operations.  Onur Başkaner has particular experience in road projects and international project management.
