The project will be realized within the scope of the contract of "Consultancy Services for the Ownership of Rights, Base Map, Zoning and Expropriation Studies, Preparation of Survey, Plan, Design and Tender Documents and Supervision of Construction Works to be carried out in Industrial Zones and/or Facilities in Earthquake Zones"
The scope of the project includes the preparation of survey, plan, design and construction tender files for all kinds of industrial facilities (workplaces, shops, factories, small industrial estates, special industrial zones, etc.) existing or to be constructed in Hatay Central, Erzin SIE, Ayakkabıcılar SIE, Belen SIE, Kırıkhan ROKETSAN, İskenderun Şekere SIE, İskenderun Bitişik SIE, Osmaniye Bahçe SIEs within the provincial borders of Hatay and Osmaniye, and the execution of construction supervision on behalf of the employer in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force.
