The project constructed in Istanbul’s Zincirlikuyu quarters is a mixed use building with 693.784 m² indoor space, accommodating a hotel, shopping mall, residences, offices and a culture centre for performing arts.
Alongside it’s 205 shops, 72,000 m² landscape area, 10,000 m² square and 12,000 m² parking area, it’s shopping mall, Raffles Istanbul with its unique location overlooking the Bosphorus and a heated helicopter landing area and the different types of residences, Zorlu Center also stands out with it’s easy access roads and advantageous green offices.
The Centre for Performing Arts has a main theatre with enriched acoustics with a capacity to hold 2,308 persons and a drama stage designed with natural acoustic installations for 766 persons. Since it’s opening the Zorlu PAC which occupies an important place in the arts life of Turkey, has hosted more than 1000 large concerts and performances.
