Zorlu Levent 199 is a A+ type smart office building with 40 storeys and a height of 161 m. It is constructed in Istanbul’s Levent quarters with a total construction area of 122,896 m².
The project with prominent features like the glass outer facade, internal and external LED lighting installations, green roof and native vegetation, and a bicycle park is also the holder of a Leed Platinium certificate.
With it’s car park and charging unit for electrical cars, it’s green areas, energy saving office spaces, and recyclable materials it is an environmentally friendly project.
The design allows office areas to benefit from a maximum amount of natural light, and for rainwater and condensation water to be reused.
Double deck elevators and composite columns are used for the first time in Turkey and Europe in the Levent 199 project.
