The Project covers all access junctions to Casablanca Marina and the construction of the underpass that passes under Sidi Med Ben Abdellah and Zaid Ou Hmed Boulevard in the Wessal event area.
The entire project alignment is 2,429 m long, with a 1,816 m section of it in the form of tunnel.
Almohades Boulevard, Sidi Med Ben Abdellah and Zaid Ou Hmed, through which the route passes, are located in the centre of Casablanca. These arteries are of the most important strategic axes of the metropolis and are part of the coastal road that serves Corniches, the liveliest part of Casablanca.
The project scope includes ramp structures, tunnel, culvert, emergency exit structures, marina walls and technical buildings. Design drawings were prepared for the alignment, rainwater drainage from underpasses, reinforced concrete and underpass geotechnical design.
